Gary Blakely
Gary Blakely is the founder of the the Kollekt group called The Canny Pen (informally: 'The Penners'), a bunch of speculative fiction writers who discover that collectively they can use their writing to literally change what's happening in the City Herself. Gary gets disenchanted by the group fairly early on (in large part because of his secret desire for Elisabeth) and quits.
