Purebloods are the most human-like of all the true yuan-ti.

Anatomy

Purebloods are described as human-like with minor reptilian features, such as snake-like eyes, a forked tongue and patches of scales on their skin.
Purebloods have weights and hieghts in the same range as that of a Human.

Behaviour

Purebloods are the least likely of the yuan-ti breeds to remain attached to their tribes. They are also the most likely of the breeds to modify their bodies using grafts to make themselves more serpent like.
