Sarrukh Empire

One of the ancient great empires of the early days of Azure. A race of serpentine/humanoid creatures that enslaved all other species within their domain. The heart of their empire was located on the continent known as Chuult; known as Iyos in modern times. They rose to power due to the early advanced knowledge of metalurgy and magic.
Various species were created by the Sarrukh Empire via magic, in their attempt to create the ultimate slave race; including the Yuan-ti and Lizardfolk. Eventually the empire fell into ruin, and most of their history forgotten.
Their empire fell to ruin around 32,000 years ago.
