Erythea
The city of Erythea, lies at the heart of the territory of the same name. This city is where the laws of the territory are made and agreed upon by the council of clan-masters of the numerous dragonborn clans that rule over the area. The city itself is considered to be neutral ground, where no one clan controls, unlike the individual territories that are controlled by the controlling clans themselves. @erythea
