45: Crow&'s Hollow -Part 13- The Sickle of First Harvest

General Summary

The session begins mid combat, as the party are engaged with a number of corn-husk zombie and a strange aberration acting as a guardian of the sickle.
They party immediately decide to try and flee from the creature, Asog using himself to try and hold the creature in place while the others flee the chamber. Using spells like switcheroo, vortex warp and dimension door, the party are all able to escape the chamber. Admittedly things looked dire for Asog and Ophellia near the end, but with a little luck and determination, all members of the party managed to escape the crypt with their lives.
After relocating to the Apothecary's shop to deploy the entrance to the dimensional manor, the party gather to discuss the next days plans. As part of the meeting, they decide to have Jasper and Tilly wait/hide in the apothacary while they go and conduct the ritual of severing.
The party made their way through the haunted cornfield, defeating two creatures that attempted to trap them in a memory of their past in the process. We start next session as they come to the end of the maze.
