43: Crow's Hollow -Part 11- Cleansing the River

General Summary

The session begins with the party casting Reincarnation on Ophellia, who was killed in the encounter last week.
Reincarnated as a Halfling, Ophellia's armour no longer fits her properly. They push on to the source of the pollution, and after a hard fought battle the party managed to defeat the mutated fish people and corrupted water elementals that were guarding the source. They completed the cleansing ritual, however the ritual was not fully successful. Clear signs of corruption still remain, however they were able to acquire enough purified water to complete the Ritual of Severeance.
The party return to the Chapel to rest and recover. However, before joining the others in the mansion, Darnalore and Icarus go to explore the nearby crypt in the graveyard. After setting foot in the crypt beneath the surface, they have Liath (Darnalore's familiar) explore the corridors, realising that this place is surprisingly large. The decide to flee after Liath is killed by something unseen. As they left the crypt, they noticed that Ophellia's corrupted familiar was watching them. We ended the session with a bunch of RP in the mansion.
