34: Crow's Hollow - Part 1 Report

General Summary

As the party enter the chapel to investigate the strange growth within, they are immediately subjected to saving throws against the corruption attacking them. As they push towards the heart of the growth, a large stone statue, corrupted with the sames vines and growth in the church suddenly descend to attack them. The fight is lengthy and drawn out, as the numerous status conditions from the corruption and from their enemy builds up.
Eventually however, they do manage to fell the corrupted guardian and explore a few select areas of the church. They find a number of magic items, but decide to return the following day when it is daylight. They are all suffering from the fight and want to rest.
They discover that lesser restoration can remove levels of corruption they have been affected by.
