Following the Rojarsham Competition, the Rathen-Eradonnus Railway (R.E.R.) purchases a small fleet of steam locomotives from scientist and inventor Cormic Harrussan to run the length of their rail line. The Rathen-Eradonnus Railway, which eventually becomes the National Railway, is the first railway to run solely steam-powered vehicles.

Ottaja Becomes First Empress of Adraus To Ride A Train
Life, PublicityIn celebration of the first year of her reign, Empress Ottaja un Rathenau takes part in a cross-country rail tour of Adraus. This publicity event allowed her to take an in-depth look at the state of her empire over the course of two weeks. It also won her favor from the people. During this event, she met with a young Fjedoric un Merjitzan for the first time.
