Blue Bricks Tavern

The Blue Bricks Tavern is a rundown bar in the Mud Ward district of New Keeleon. It appears to have some connections to the Rabble and also operates as an unofficial brothel.

Description

The Blue Bricks Tavern is just off the main roadway in the Mud Ward. It’s a rundown-looking building off the main roadway. The façade is dark brick with old plaster, and a sign with the name “Blue Bricks” hangs on the large wooden door. The door is reinforced with metal bands bolted into it. Where it opens, there’s a big drag mark from repeated use.
Inside is a somewhat dark and close interior that’s longer than it is wide. It’s lit by a large open hearth on the far side. Square tables are set about with a few small groups of chairs. There are a few shields and weapon holsters hanging from the walls.
Old plaster has fallen away in some places, showing the brick wall foundations of the building. Over this are the striking blue bricks in large swaths.
On the left side is a bar constructed from blue bricks. A hallway with a saloon-style wooden door is near to the bar where a few small, private rooms can be found.

The Fifth Age: The Age of Beginnings

On 13 Adroth 5A 352, while searching around the Victory Market, Chaka overheard a hushed conversation, including the words “blue bricks”, “kenku”, and “coin”.
In the evening of 19 Adroth 5A 352, Mortimr and Romsca met with Kuad and discussed his missing daughter after Romsca intimidated the bartender to stop watching them.
In the early morning of 21 Adroth 5A 352, Romsca took refuge from the rain in the tavern. There, she saw Coin the Kenku speaking with the bartender and head into the back rooms. SHe then ordered a warm drink while waiting for Chaka to finish in the Mud Ward.
