(a.k.a. The Chained Oblivion)

Divine Domains

The domains of Tharizdun are madness and endless destruction.
Hungering for power from all sources, Tharizdun sought it through unprecedented means. As he traveled the cosmos, he ventured upon a seed of power floating in the endless expanse. Seizing it for his own, opening his mind and soul to the seed, he fell into a sea of madness unable to escape. In his fit of madness, Tharizdun went to the edge of the universe and planted said seed creating the Abyssal plane. Granting him immense power, which he planned to use to eradicate all of existence thereby creating the void of his pleasure.

In symbolizing his descent into madness, a jagged counter-clockwise spiral is used in his worship.

Tenets of Faith

He convinces his zealots to do the following:

• Channel power to the Chained Oblivion, so he may be freed from his imprisonment.
• Retrieve the lost relics and forgotten shrines to the Chained Oblivion to restore his strength.
• Pursue the obliteration of the world, in preparation of the Chained Oblivion's liberation.
