The domains of Ioun are knowledge, skill, and prophecy.
Ioun seeks to surround herself with knowledge and in doing so share it will all, faithful and unfaithful alike. She believes that along with the teachings of Erathis, mortals should learn, plan, and understand that which they build and invent. With evergrowing foresight, Ioun wishes that mortals will better understand the greater events that their actions may have on the world, similar to how she herself prophecizes future events.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

As the favored patron of many learned individuals, especially teachers, sages, and wizards, the common symbolization of faith to Ioun has been the staff with the ever-vigilant eye that observes all.

Tenets of Faith

Her principles are such:

• Seek the perfection of your mind by bringing reason, perception, and emotion into balance with one another.
• Accumulate, preserve, and distribute knowledge in all forms. Pursue education, build libraries, and seek out lost and ancient lore.
• Be watchful at all times for the followers of ___Vecna___, who seek to control knowledge and keep secrets. Oppose their schemes, unmask their secrets, and blind them with the light of truth and reason.
