Vampire
Vampire is a condition more than it is a species. Vampires were once people, who died and lost their souls, but their bodies and minds were condemned to be paralyzed in life. As such, they are neither completely dead nor alive, but in between both.
Vampires are silver blooded and red eyed. They have elongated, poisonous fangs for teeth, and poisonous claws for nails. They also display wings, which span varies depending on their age. They feed on magical blood alone.
There are three types of vampires:
Vampires are cursed to only awake for one night per month, usually on the night of the moon phase under which they were turned/died. The rest of the time, they are underground in a stone-like state. The only exceptions to this rule is either being on the Bloody Isle or being commanded so by Morvo of Prudence, for a price. Morvo of Prudence is also an exception to this rule, and is always awake as long as he's not in contact with the sun.
After a person is infected with vampire poison, the transformation can take five minutes to one hour, depending on how much poison was injected. In the early stages of poisoning, while the person is still alive, it is still possible to reverse the transition with the power of healing. After it takes place, as in, the person's soul dies, the transformation is irreversible and the person has become a vampireling. The transition from vampireling to vampire is completed when it feeds on blood for the first time.

- Nobles - vampires created directly by Morvo of Prudence;

Territories
Vampires were, after their creation, exiled to the Bloody Isle, where they are imprisioned. However, born human vampires can escape the bloody isle and spread the poison across the land; symmetricaly, born magical vampires, once they enter Bloody Isle, they can never again leave. As a result, vampires have come to occupy all land, both Azberná and Démista.Bloody Isle
