The disparate settlements on Ostroven joined together to form a unified kingdom to rule the island.
The various towns and settlements of Ostroven island, led by the mining town of Vurothil, organized into an island-wide government to better facilitate trade and business across the island. The kingdom was re-formed in the Second Age (year 3) when the towns reconnected after The Smiting.
