Fort Sibilla (see-bill-uh)
More of a heavily protected town than a proper fort, this settlement is part of the Oestbernia Northern Forts line that protects the nation from raiders of the north. Fort Sibilla is the westernmost of these fortified towns, sitting on the coast of the Frozen Strait. It was named for the youngest daughter of the king who fortified the towns in 24 2A, Ott XIV, and the rest were named for his other four children.
Fort Sibilla is the quietest and least active of the five fortified towns, and as such it has the largest civilian population and fewest soldiers. It is so far to the west that raiders and roving monsters rarely make the trek over and down the coast to attack this town. It does have a fortified port facility, as it is also right across the strait from Ikitur and some of its towns - though leaving Fort Sibilla by sea is only possible for a couple months each summer.
