Emperor

The title of Emperor has been used sparingly by various nations in the past, but the only current use of the title is in the Everyn Federation. After taking the metropolis of Everyn during the recent war, the Dumeiner king declared himself emperor, then set off on a campaign to bring the rest of the eastern continent under his rule.
Because the title and nation are new, it is unclear whether the crown will be hereditary or if succession will be decided some other way. The current emperor is married but does not yet have children, and the nobles of the Dominion may prefer to have some sort of election after the current emperor vacates office (either through abdication or death). The succession question may never be answered, if the various rebel groups and dissenters throughout the provinces get their wish for the Federation to disintegrate into its aggregate nations once again.
