Jinro (a.k.a. The Scholar)

The story of Jinro is one of spite to some. A wizard who used his magic to keep his land from falling apart. A wizard who spat in the face of nature and the ways of the world because he had the power to. And when the gods chose to stop him, he chose to stand against them as well, using his powerful magic to ascend to godhood. A symbol of rebellion. But that was not the role he took as a god. He chose instead to join with the other gods and show them the error of their ways. To teach us that magic is just as natural as the weather that waters the land and the cycle of life that feeds it.

Holidays

• The Day of Blue Flames: An event to mark the slow but steady shifting of Ley Lines across the land. Countless mages use their spells and artifacts to calculate where the route of Ley Lines will go, marked by blue flames the more intense the Ley Lines are. These gatherings of mages often cause festivals or parties for the groups that get together before they go their separate way to follow the Ley Lines. Happens on the 13^th of Sunfall (8/13)
