Vuxati Commune (V-uh-cks-ah-tee)

Overview: The group of original Voyds that stayed behind when the rest of their race left the galactic center did so mostly out of their religious fervor targeted towards the black hole called the Alphega Singularity, many even going so far as to believe it was some sort of god despite the deadly radiation it was giving off slowly but steadily. Another large sect, this one based in the science and matters of physical reality, believed nothing of the sort and fervently tried to dissuade them from this notion. Ultimately being unsuccessful, these humans packed up and left, eventually reestablishing themselves and building a new empire from the ground up after many long, hard years of struggle. They are now known as the Vuxati Commune, and the Voyd Enclave itself denies their shared genetic ancestry for various reasons while the Vuxati are open about their heritage.
