Damon Maxim enters Torpor

In protest of the current state of the Clan leadership, Head of House Maxim, Damon Maxim, enacts one of the bylaws of the clan and voluntarily enters torpor. <br> <br> As House Maxim was the only house still neutral in the ongoing civil cold war amongst the 5 ruling houses, this decision drastically shifted the politics of Clan Veruza.

Damon Maxim, head of House Maxim, after seeing decades of squabbling and infighting, grows weary of the bickering and decides to remove himself and his house from the struggle entirely. Enacting a bylaw in the newly established Clan Laws, he voluntarily puts himself into torpor, sealed into the family mausoleum on House Maxim manor grounds.   This immediately represents a shift in political options for the remaining clans, as there is no longer a neutral House to try and sway to their side for Clan matter voting, leaving only the 4 remaining houses split into their two opposing factions.
