Background
Venette Belo is the 3rd child and only daughter to the 2nd family line in the Belo name. Her father, Marius Belo, is the youngest brother of Melchior Belo, the current sovereign of House Belo. Disconnected from the immediate lineage, Marius has always lived in his eldest brother's shadow, and so pushed his own children to excel in House Belo's name. Venette developed a fierce loyalty to her family and the clan early in her life, inspired by the stories of her house's hunts for the loyalists to Gideon Lothorne. By the time she came of age to be trained with weapons, she had already taught herself the basics of the sword. Melchior saw potential in his niece and set her on the path of The Darkstalkers, sending Jocasta Thorn to see to the girl's training personally. After a mere 3 decades in training, Venette had risen beyond the Researcher and Hunter ranks of The Darkstalkers, all the way to Master Hunter. From her position she has overseen the training and recruitment of some of the organization's best and most capable Darkstalkers.The Dark Mother of Morgarta
As the only remaining true domain of Clan Veruza outside of their own lands, Morgarta and its people are considered irreplaceable by all four of the high houses; though for different reasons. Despite their best efforts, it has remained impossible for Clan Veruza to entirely prevent any monster or creature attacks on the village, and so have set numerous Darkstalkers at a time as the chosen protectors and guardian force of its people. For the last 115 years, Venette has been the head of Morgarta's defenses and has protected them from rogue vampires, The Unblessed, demon incursion, The Rot, and all other assailants. The village's people have come to know her as The Dark Mother of Morgarta, their ever vigilant watcher and protector.Physical Description

Accomplishments & Achievements
Venette earned the title of Dark Mother of Margarta when the village was beset by The Rot, The Unblessed, and a rogue vampire cabal all in a single month, and through her leadership of The Darkstalkers under her command, there were no civilian causualties.
Mental Trauma
Shortly after her promotion ceremony to Master Hunter, her elder brother, Urist, felt that he had been passed up and there was unearned favoritism at play. His jealousy led to anger and eventually a direct blood duel challenge. Venette was forced to slay her own brother to protect her name, legacy, and her commitment to the Clan. Those who know her best know this weighs on her still.
