The Olympians
Head God - Zeus
The King of the Gods, Cloud Gatherer
The only child to escape the frenzied fear of his father's madness. Zeus led a war against Cronus and slew him, freeing his brothers and sisters. Claiming his birthright, he stepped forward as the King of the new gods of Olympus. Wielding the all-powerful Thunderbolt, allowing him to call storms, clouds, thunder, and lightning itsel, he led the Olympians to Avanshae to claim a new home with new followers. Vain and selfish without being evil, his fellow gods do what they can to temper his anger and narcissism.Servants of Zeus

After the hero Perseus was forced to slay the youngest sister, Medusa, Stheno pledged to serve Athena as her Herald in exchange for guarantees that the remaining sisters would be protected. Athena agreed. Stheno punishes those who violate the rules of Athena by turning them to stone or cursing the vain to become Gorgons themselves; though most of Therrania know them as Medusas rather than Gorgons. Autumn Wings

A battle-hardened centaur who trains all of Athena's greatest warriors. He lives to find and train honorable warriors for the bettermonet of the people of Therrania.
Adjutant God - Poseidon
God of the Sea, The Roiling Storm
Brother of Zeus, freed when Cronus was slain. Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades claimed between the three of them the Sea, Sky, and Underworld of their 1st world. Zeus took the sky, Hades took the Underworld, and Poseidon took the seas. Once the bounty of Avanshae was laid before them and made clear, Zeus chose his brother Poseidon to sit at his side as an Adjutant God to rule over the vast seas of this new world. Less vain than Zeus, but with a stronger pettiness to him, Poseidon gives advice on the proper punishment to be laid on the mortals who violate the Benevolence Accord or the Olympian laws. He is often in disagreement with Athena.Servants of Poseidon
TritonNot to be confused with the mer-species sharing the same name, Triton is one of Poseidon's sons and a lesser god of the Olympians, serving as his father's Herald. He is the messenger of the seas and many believe the Triton species was in some way his creation, hence the shared name. He wields a powerful trident, just as his father. Chasing Waves
A large celestial horse of great intellect that can run across the waves as easily as the land. Chasing Waves' mane flows with a constant spray of salt water and his snorts release a fine mist of sand and sea. His fur is a soft blue.
Adjutant God - Aphrodite
Goddess of Beauty, The Tender Touch
Before their arrival in Avanshae, Zeus had sat at the head of the gods of Olympus and saw constant strife, infighting, and backstabbing among his family. In a moment of insight he believed he divined what was missing from his court: compassion, love, and tenderness. At the signing of the Benevolence Accord, Zeus named Aphrodite to be one of his Adjutant Gods, asking that she would share her love with rest of the gods and steer them from their past violence. To the people of Therrania, she is a goddess of both emotional and physical love, and it is not uncommon to see temples in her name serve as brothels as well.Servants of Aphrodite
ErosAphrodite's son and the God of Love. He loves his mother dearly and serves as her Herald faithfully; spreading love, compassion, and respect. He wields an enchanted bow that can reveal the deepest desires of its target, even to themselves. Nymphs

South of The Wyrd Woods sits the capital of Therrania, Troia, ruled and watched over by Hermes, the most loyal and trusted confidant of Zeus. Hermes ensures that his territory, The Crossroads, is wealthy beyond imagine and that all of his people remain healthy and hale. He also challenges those who feel they have the knack to practice thievery, within certain guidelines.Eris and her Children - Discord and The Suffering
The great desert that lays before The Silvered Palace was given to Eris, Goddess of Discord, and her children, The Suffering. Goddesses and Gods of chaos, malice, pain, and misery, they rule over the harshest place in all of Therrania where only the condemned or extraordinarily faithful live. They are forbidden from outright torturing their subjects, but they believe that life is lived one pain at a time and that only struggle breeds value.Circe - Goddess of Magic and the Night
To the far southeast of Therrania lies Circe's Queendom of Night. Originally the territory of her mother, Hekate, she inherited both her mother's divine domain of magic as well as her territory when she was slain under mysterious circumstances. While still loyal to the rest of her Olympian family, she has never fully forgiven them for the death of her mother and subsequent silence surrounding it. She has sequestered off her own territory with a powerful divine veil that is near impenetrable without the right tools and passage. She protects her own subjects fiercely.Circe's Herald
The Blue Moon HunterLess a specific entity and more of a title, The Blue Moon Hunter is the leader of Circe's army of werewolves, The Blessed. Since assuming control of her Queendom she has had many Blue Moon Hunters. Beyond just total mastery of her divine lycanthropy, she empowers them even further to function as her herald and absolute arbiter in her lands.
Ares - The Disgraced God of War
Prior to the Benevolence Accord, Ares served as Zeus' champion of war, advising him in all struggles against the other pantheons. When the terms of the Benevolence Accord were agreed upon, Zeus saw this as a military failing of the highest degree and stripped Ares of his title for his failures, promoting his sister Athena to his position. Despite sitting as Aphrodite's husband, he enjoys no place of honor in The Silvered Palace and this slight has left him bitter. He now runs a military academy known as The Steel Command.
