Most of the known planes of existence can be described like the branches of a tree. The trunk of this "world tree" would the Primal Void. The center branches would be what the gods call Eden. A branch splitting off of Eden would the plane Mundane where the Earth resides.
To the left is branch for Elfhame. Home of the Fae and their queen Nyx. Further left would be a branch that passes through Elfhame and connects with Mundane. This branch is for Tarhell the world of the demons. There are also branches for 3 unnamed planes known to exist under the rule of Eldritch Beings.
One the right side of the tree the main branch is for the Dreamlands. Next to that branch and connecting with both Eden and Mundane is the Spirit Realm. Also on the right side are the branches for planes under the rule of Athena, Quetzalcoatl, Krishna, Oden ect.
Brief description of Planes of Existence:
The Primal Void: The only known plane to be inhabitable for mortals. The Void is said to be the source of all life and magic. It is not entirely known why, as many mortals have opened a portal to the Void. However no one has ever returned from such a journey nor are they ever found again through magical means. Coyote has said mortals who enter the void are ripped apart by the currents of magical energy. Allegedly when a mortal encounters one of these currents the elements that made up their soul and body become corrupted and separate to create new beings. Coyote has also that all mortals who enter the Void are driven insane by what they see and learn in the Void. The primary residence of the Void are Eldritch and Divine Beings who were born in this plane. Here they gather energy and elements to create what ever their hearts desire.
Eden: Less of a separate plane but more of a part of the Void. According to the Gods Eden is described like an island magically anchored so it stays in place in the ever shifting Void. Here El and Ashera physically live with their non-mortal children.
Mundane: Also called the mortal universe. This is the plane where the Earth and it's Galaxy reside. Protected by Gods and magic it can be difficult for Eldritch and Demonic beings to enter. Most are unable to come without an invitation from a mortal resident.
Elfhame: Said to be the most beautiful of the planes. Elfhame was created by Nyx and her daughter Eris. Its reason is not clear and nether Nyx or Eris have ever said why or how and the Fae are not to be entirely trusted in their explanations. Elhame is much like a garden, that is inhabited by savage flora and fauna. It has been said that Elfhame can be dangerous for any being, mortal or otherwise. More so than even Tarhell. The danger comes mostly from the Fae, who are chaotic creatures who enjoy playing tricks on others.
