Ewhasian Thieve's Guild

Ewhas is the port of favor for a significant portion of the trade that flows throughout the entire Kuchilian continent. As a result, a thriving thieve's guild has arisen in response. They have a diverse range of services offered, but are particularly focused around smuggling, trafficking of illicit goods, and a robust thieve's market.
While officially disapproved of, many nobles, merchants, and the like knowingly partake in their services for things ranging from stolen artifacts and goods to assassination, intimidation, and a wide range of other 'grey-area' activities. The Red Tower accessses their services very regularly.

The Ewhasian Thieve's Guild is actually comprised of a number of smaller groups that have a loose agreement based around a number of traditions, and is largely decentralized. Power and enforcement are largely handled in the shadows, and any sort of heirarchy is mostly unknown to common folk, even among those who use the Thieve's Guild's services.
Members are often found among many sailing/pirate crews, and aren't uncommon in port towns world-wise. Some sailors are members of multiple thieve's guilds in multiple port towns!
Access to their services typically comes with having history with them, as many of the groups bring in urchins and the like, and teach them their various arts and cants, but finding the umbra markets (in any city) is typically just a matter of knowing what to look for. Thieve's Cant can be used to find these services very easily, and are typically identified by a simple black mark that consists of an X with a smaller circle within it.
