Antrim

Antrim is a dwarf planet and the largest object in the Ulster Belt, with a diameter of 1,260 km (782.93 mi). It has a trace atmosphere of carbon dioxide, unusual for objects in the area. Astronomers believe that Antrim came from further out in the Ulster Exiles, its orbit perturbed by Aslin sending it into its current, elliptical orbit which was stabilized by Tamesis' gravity. It is believed it once had frozen carbon dioxide on its surface which sublimed as its orbit moved closer to Nèamhan.
Antrim was the first extra-Auroran body to have a permanent settlement established. it is rich in metallic deposits and was subject to a massive "gold" rush in the early days of asteroid mining. It is now host to the headquarters of several factions and corporations operating within the belt, serving as a trade and diplomatic hub. It was first surveyed by robotic probes in 0120 APF.
