Elstreia

Elstreia is a ruined city inhabited by Shades and other undead creatures from the Shadowfell Dimension. It is part of the domain of Betlam, Vampire Lord.

These ruins are located in the southern Phantom Wastes where the rivers Nebis and Ahar meet. It has a large harbor that connect the inland with the Southern Ocean and the rest of Aurelia.
