Being fed up with the elves of Alfalya, the dwarves of Gatal finally decided to end the constant attacks by waging what they call a "final war" on Alfalya.

Being fed up with the elves of Alfalya, the dwarves of Gatal finally decided to end the constant attacks by waging a final war on Alfalya.   Over the last several years the dwarves decided to dig a tunnel from underneath the Windwall Mountains, all the way into the elven territory of the Isila Forest, where their capital is located.
  They did this in case the elves decided to become hostile again and now the time has come to use it.   Forces of Gatal are being sent into this tunnel to prepare for an assault on the capital of Alfalya. While also sending an army above ground as a distraction to draw a bulk of the elven forces away from their town so the soldiers in the tunnel can launch the actual assault with ease.
