Ring of wind

This silver ring is laced with blue and white stripes. It has 4 charges, which are regained after 24 hours. Once all of the charges are used, the ring falls off of your finger and can not be put back on. If you kiss the ring, the stripes fly off of the ring and begin to circle around your wrists and ankles. A charge is used. For one minute, you have an increased speed and you can hover.
