Founded in 1744, Xothoby's Auctioneers is a Drow-run business, specialising in public and private auctions for the elite classes of Atramentum.

Staff

The current owner of Xothoby's Auctioneers is Jon Xothoby, the son or possibly grandson of the founder. His ageing junior partner, Kantonin Drahi was killed by Obediah Slough at the Gala Day Massacre (1929) at Gatz Mansion. Before he died, he was the main point of contact between the auction house and business magnate, Lukas Webb, and received a 10-dollar commission for each item he sold through the auction house.

The teenaged intern, Kentik Jaxxon is an eager and slightly frazzled young drow, who has been the teenaged intern for a couple decades now.

Customers

Xothoby's mostly caters to the wealthy and elite in Atramentum. A private auction at the Gatz Gala of 1929 saw the sales of the Kraken Slayer and the Preservation Casket, just before it broke out into carnage, killing junior partner Kantonin Drahi, who was presiding over the proceedings.
