Fenforth Slough
Fenforth Slough (a.k.a. Fenny)
Fenny Slough is the older child of Obediah Slough. Unlike his little sister Bel, who their father used horrific occult rituals to transform into his Lich phallactery, Fenny seems to be a normal Elven fraternity bro. His best friend and most loyal accomplice-in-menace is the raccoon-coat wearing, Gunther Coots. The pair are often heard tearing up the streets of Atramentum in their swanky automobile.
Fenny spent a little while mingling with guests in the Gatz Mansion's extensive gardens, Gunther in tow, before returning indoors and heading upstairs to the billiards room with a kitsune vixen showgirl on his arm. Again, Gunther was with them, carrying several bottles of alcohol.
Screen Starlet, Ginger Valentine, scowled when she encountered Fenny at the gala, and spent most of her time hiding in a small side room accompanied by Tubby Tallico. It is most likely Fenny didn't even notice her disapproval.

"Perhaps the question most to the fore of everyone's mind regards the inevitable attendance of Slough's sole son and heir, Fenforth - after having been spotted throughout the season stepping out with almost every eligible bachelorette the city's beautiful elite has to offer, who if anyone will appear on Fenforth's arm for the main event?"Who indeed? The answer, to no-one's surprise seems to be Gunther Coots.

Eventually, Fenny and Gunther split off from each other, Gunther staying in the Ballroom to admire the dancing girls, and Fenny taking three of the showgirls up to the upper rooms of the Gatz Mansion.
The police raid that eventually broke up the party saw Fenny and his three showgirl companions being ushered out the mansion without being given a chance to get dressed - Fenny had only his straw boater to cover himself. In the police wagon, Gunther lent Fenny his Raccoon Coat so his friend could retain some dignity in front of Hunter Jackson's paparazzi snaps.
When he (and everyone else at the party) noticed that, in the adjacent police wagon, Ginger Valentine's wardrobe was in tatters, Fenny despite himself being in a decidedly worse sartorial predicament, whooped and heckled her through the bars of his own prison cart.
