The headless bookie at the Dullahan Racetrack, Brom Bones is a tall, silent mobster of the Cold Hand. Without his head, he stands at 6 ft. 10 inches, just shy of Detective Chiaroscuro Gray's 6 ft. 11 inches. He would be taller than the detective if his head was intact.
Brom's pinstripe suit sports a high collar to protect his neck stump, and has a casino chip badge from Ice Chips's Obol casino attached just below the lapel. Brom wears knuckle dusters with tiny skulls across each finger. A letter is etched into each of the skulls such that when he holds his fists out in front of him, the letters on the right knuckles spell "C-O-L-D" and the letters on the left knuckles spell "H-A-N-D", proclaiming his affiliation with the undead mob.
Brom Bones's head is one of the exhibits at the Arkham Caine Museum of the Occult.
