Nizhny Kor'ol is the capital of
Wianis. The city was built from the ground up by the Daya Dynasty after the enormous rise of the Empire. The giant outer wall provides enormous space for the city to grow. Uniquely in this city there aare no bridges crossing the river. Several ferries replace this service, yet are heavily monitored by the army.
History
Nizhny Kor'ol was a planned city built by Eamon II ivi Daya after the fromer capital flooded from river expansion. The upper part of the Inner City was built to swiftly replace the former capital. Afterwards the bug planning started and in the same year construction started on the outer wall.
Districts
In the city of Nizhny Ko'rol there are giant walls dividing the districts. The Army of Winais guards these gates tightly. Even creating an elite unit of sentinels to guard the Inner City called the King's Guard.
Inner City

Final Toll
The Final Toll is a plaza in the center of the Inner City. This is where the funeral procession for the elite of Wi'aan society take place.
Heroes Walk
The Heroes Walk is a road which leads to the, closed off, imperial palace. Along this spiralling road, there stands statues of heroes of Wi'aan society.

West Bank & Lower Banks
The western riverside districts. The banks are filled with waterwheels which provide power for the various factories along the riverside. The western side is focused on producing goods for export in the market ward and occasional produce goods for the artits ward.
East Bank & Deep Mills
The eastern riverside districts. The banks are filled with waterwheels which provide power for the various factories along the riverside. In the east the produce products in collaboration with the artisans districts for the army.
Qarn
Qarn is a town which was swallowed by the construiction of the city. This village has been doubily walled in and allowed to remain in their district. The village is completely self sustainable.
Cutter's Cry
Cutter's Cry, like Bogwell, was formed during the breach of the Outer Wall during the Great Fire. It replaced the same named shanty town on the outside of the wall. Here live the refugees from the Crimson Mandate.
Bogwell
Bogwell, like Cutter's Cry, was formed during the breach of the Outer Wall during the Great Fire. It replaced the same named shanty town on the outside of the wall. Here live the immigrants from the War of Tonin Repan Independence.
The Empty
The Empty is the land which was burned during the Great Fire. Dead trees and black ground populate the ground of this district, yet all access has been denied.
