VCotS Episode 6: First Longboat Adventure

Go searching in 3 fathoms of water for sunken treasure ship.
Magnus: Someone went Viking and returned with a longboat of treasures, but something must have been cursed, because it sank only 300' from shore as the village watched. 
They find many gold coins, but the boat and most of the treasure slipped further down.A flock of intelligent man-sized octopi attack and kill one crew member and chase all away.
But enough treasure is recovered.

Rowing out from shore in boat equipped with spring-loaded oars and spring loaded device that propels forward from up-and-down motion of waves. (Also serves as a diving/boarding platform just below water.)
Malmann is Happy about the speed, but Ingrid thinks it can do better.
