The Noraki Clans each put forward five candidates to become the representative of their clan, these representatives then go on to put in act laws, policies, and similar acts

The Noraki Clans were once separate clans that had a particular distaste for one another. They warred for 6 long years and eventually, due to the standstill, agreed that it would be better to combine their forces as the only thing keeping the war alive was their pride
