Arisinium
Arisinium is, by all technicality, the only nation within the desolate lands of Pheratadth, is made of orcs, duergar, goblins, and kobolds that, despite their primal appearance, are fairly sophisticated as they all descended from the wood elves, hill dwarves, fey, and dragons respectively, being corrupted by the dark god Yhagkca. Arisinium has few affairs regarding that of the outside world, only focusing on attempting to regain their form and land from Yhagkca by killing his devout followers, those who where created by him, the gnolls. This war is more akin to hunts as the gnolls are anything but organised and are comparable to bandit camps rather than towns.
Structure
Arisinium has a single ruler with ten voted in royal advisors. When being voted in, the royal advisors can be anyone, from peasants to nobles. These royal advisors are able to veto anything that the monarch wishes to establish, as long as they are able to secure a 70% vote from within their advisory.
Public Agenda
Arisinium wishes to find a way to march their armies into the Scorched Pits and demand for Yhagkca to return them to their original forms, if Yhagkca refuses they will find a way to kill the Abhorrent Hound.
Assets
Arisinium has an adequate number of people, but the potency of its people, from scholars to soldiers, are where they truly shine. Their architecture and weaponry is somewhat crude in visage but seems to be more utilitarian and as such may be superior to most.
History
The Arisinium were once the wood elves, hill dwarves, fey, and dragons. But the dark god, Yhagkca, cursed the fey with juniper skin and less graceful forms, making the goblins, the drakes were cursed with mortal frames as the kobolds, the hill dwarves were given ashen skin, and the wood elves were molded into the orcs. The elves of Ilisí saw the peoples as a bastardisation of the fey, elves, dwarves, and dragons and declared war. This war involved the first uses of the most destructive magics seen, these magics only added to the destruction seen within Pheratadth. The three hated races banded together to fight off the elves and grew closer, building the Arisinium
Demography and Population
The people of Arisinium are only ever really seen within the walls of their cities and towns as straying too far would be signing a death warrant to the gnolls and other environmental hazards. Those who are seen outside of civilisation are either bandits or hunters, who seek to kill the bandits or gnolls and make the land of Pheratadth safer for all.
Territories
Arisinium is the main force in all provinces of Pheratadth but one, Iotrary. Iotrary is the southern most part of Pheratadth and most cities are almost daily raided by bands of gnolls, despite this there are still those who take up residence in this province. The other eight provinces of Pheratadth, Earta, Foland, Theratd, Wengarde, Torark, Naland, Nathaaq, and Fergarde are all entirely controlled by Arisinium, save for a couple bandit camps, gnoll packs, and downright uninhabitable areas
Military
The Arisi military is powerful in equipment, but most of its citizens aren't willing to go to war again
Technological Level
Arisinium is very powerful within the world of magic, being home to the Gyreth, a political party that vies to have one of their own be a royal adviser, or advisers, and an organisation that works to teach most magics, both psychic and arcane, with some people willingly coming to Pheratadth knowing the risks just to study there. On the other hand is the Arisi industry, a great and powerful set up with most land being entirely incapable of supporting plant life, allowing the empty space to be filled by industry
Religion
Arisinium doesn't have a specific religion but they resent Yhagkca and express this resentment by slaying his children, the gnolls
Foreign Relations
Arisinium are seen as a blight by Ilisí, as the elves of Ilisí see the orcs as a demonic form of the elves and the others as mere brutes, the Kingdom of Vethric, who see them as a threat for not being of mannish heritage, and the majority of the Noraki Clans, who see the duergar as the evil alternative of dwarves. Those who don't hold any feelings to them also don't tend to do anything about them, with trading only being conducted by Ilivýth, who are their only supply for food in their current state.
Agriculture & Industry
Arisinium has no food or agriculture and has to use their resources for industry, as such their industry is remarkable but rely entirely on imported food from the Arterian Isles
Trade & Transport
The Ukcara have all their trade done over seas with Ilivýth, trading food for things such as adamantium
Education
Arisi education commonly consists of what is taught from family, with everything else being learnt through either passing comments, debate, or experience with no structured education system in place
Infrastructure
Arisi infrastructure is mostly underground, with there being tunnels dug within towns that lead to the insides of other towns, this is done to make sure that there is no door for enemies to invade through and so that, in the event of a town being taken, the tunnel can be collapsed to make sure that the invaders can't just walk in

If a suspect is restrained they will be brought before their province's tribunal for due process.
