Ilisí
Ilisí is the grouped powers of the gnomes and high elves of Iîlth, as such its peoples are very attuned to magic and nature. It is ruled by its clergy who creates all laws and is to enforce it, this clergy worships Phetala as its patron deity. They see any outsiders or those who don't conform to their religion as heretics who should be purged, and they sometimes act on this thought. However, although they are seen as negative it should be noted that those that live within the nation are comfortable, but is it worth the live of foreigners?
Structure
Ilisí is ruled by the high clergy and has 3 representatives for each church. These churches take Phetala's sphere of purity very differently, Âlthe believes in personal purity and perfection of the self, Erlacì believes in purity of rule and perfection of law, and Éscai believes in purity of the surroundings
Assets
Ilisí is a very powerful militaristic force with its national border being one of the most militarised. This holds up as they are both magically adept and martially adept and a grand amount of manpower behind it
History
Ilisí has a bloody history, comprised of many civil wars and holy wars, however these aren't found in any records as they would be burnt. As such, nothing is known about its past other than word of those outside of its borders, who mostly claim that Ilisí was once a nation of only gnomes when the wood elves came from Pherath and integrated, eventually becoming known as the high elves. This nation of joint powers was once a monarchy but when the monarch of the time had a dream where she was visited by Phetala and instated the system we see today. The nation wasn't as bloodthirsty before Yhagkca invaded Pherath, creating the cursed land Pheratadth.
