Osmar Padromo

Osmar Padromo was a former member of the Hildonian navy who once served as bosun aboard the Moonfall, a sloop commanded by Darien Lothar. After its sinking at the Battle of Alvoro Bay, he continued to serve for several more years before being honorably discharged. He eventually began working for Burton Weller, and by 1855 was foreman of one of Weller's ebonwood lumber mills on Kassoth. There, he was reunited with Darien when the latter was hired by Weller to investigate a case of corporate espionage.
Osmar remained loyal to the Hildonian military and was a supporter of Jörsten Graves' growing insurgency. Upon meeting Darien (whom he presumed dead after Alvoro Bay), Osmar tried to convince him to come with him and join Graves' forces in Hildegard. Darien refused the offer, having left that chapter of his life behind, but did give Osmar his Berserking Battleaxe.
Osmar would go on to wield this axe during Admiral Graves' assault on Alcaster months later, and narrowly missed crossing paths with Darien once again. He was slain by Ra'zon while attempting to breach the gates of Castle Hvitsholm.
