Draven Gnash

Draven Gnash is an Eloqui wizard of the Sable Circle. He has a reputation for bring among the most effective and ruthless of the Eloqui intercessors: agents tasked with responding to magical threats when requested by members of the nobility. He is also the founder and head of the adjutants, a group of non-magic wielding agents in direct service to Gnash himself.
Draven was present in Derokesh when the Order of the Doleful Aspect enchanted Lethe's arcaltium ring with the power to destroy the Planespires. He detected the massive surge of magical energy and followed Weltread and the party into the jungle where he attempted to capture them and steal the ring. The party proved more formidable than Draven anticipated and he was forced to flee.
He was again present in Roselawn, apparently tracking down the leader of New Dawn at the behest of Anton Thornsby.
Draven was personally responsible for training Precision Merchantel during her time as an adjutant, having seen great potential in her. He was highly disappointed when she left the Order. He also seems to have a personal knowledge of Weltread, addressing him by his first name when they battled in the Techeryan Jungle.
