The continent of Adlak is home to the largest lake and mountain range in the world. The Nyr-Dyv Lake or the Lake of Bottomless Depths has never been fully explored. The lake, being the size of a large sea or small ocean, has numerous shipwrecks that dot the lakebed and it is a common spot for adventures to seek their fortunes in sunken Alyied treasure. The Spine of the World cuts the content in half, separating its seasonal lower half and its eternal freezing upper half.
Contested by numerous kingdoms, no one organization truly owns the continent in full, but the united kingdoms of man known as the Dalelands are by far the largest, rivaled only by the Phisij Empire.
