Citadel of Fancy

Sitting upon the largest of the barren chunks of rock, is the Citadel of Fancy, and the small town of Fancy that surrounds it.
The central citadel itself is home to the ruler of Reverie Coil, Tessa H. Edison and her trusted guards and soldiers. 
The town of Fancy that surrounds the citadel is one of wonder. Here many strange races and creatures can be found working together, like beholders and zombies.
