Eternal Hunger is one of the Forbidden Foes of the Isle Of Blossoming Joy. It was one of the opponents Evelyn chose to fight in the Red Arena.
It is a manifestation of the darkness between stars, the drinker of light and life, emotionless and unrelenting.
