Dragon

Dragons are among the richest species in the known galaxy, possibly the absolute richest, with an immense love for precious metals and jewels. They love money; they love throwing it around in front of their peers even more.
They created the Wyrmgates and charge others to use them. They have used their wealth to build up a military might that no one can challenge.

Dragons are able to shapeshift into humanoid form, sometimes called 'mortal form'. Many take Human guise as their alternative form but some prefer elven, senne, or even celestine shapes instead.
They are resistant but not immune to heat weapons.
Dragon alcoholic drinks tend to be very strong, a single glass can often get a non-dragon drunk.

Behaviour

Dragons do not look well on others who break or twist contracts. They don't necessarily stop doing business with them, but when the offenders are lucky, the dragons only double their prices.

Social Structure

Dragon society is based around various clans. Due to the long dragon lifespan, changes to these clans come very slowly. Dragon clans don't consist solely of dragons, there are plenty of non-dragons who’ve been inducted into different clans for one reason or another: dragon-blooded children who resulted from love or lust, dragons who favor the forms of humans or elves, or even simply employees that they want to equip with gear appropriate to their employer’s station.
