Ah this joyous day! I love the festivals but the real reason Sseth'kal stay is for the Gauntlet. All want to eat and drink, but most want to see the young Sseth'kal that want to be shamans be tested of their metal! Or in these cases their Venom.

The festival is one of the largest and most sacred traditions of the Sseth'kal society, a time when all the Clutches come together, putting aside their differences, to celebrate Tor'khan.

History

The festival is an older tradition that the Sseth'kal have been doing for a century now, since the time Tor'khan passed his entire being into the world and placed his soul into the stars, forming the Constellation of Tor'khan.

The festival has been going around since before my time little Sidewinder. But the one thing that is strong is the Gauntlet and the alcohol. Two of the best things for the Sseth'kal to remember Tor'khan in all his name and glory.

Execution

The Convention of Tor'khan starts with a large gathering of the participating Sseth'kal where they listen to traditional Sseth'kal music, which is the most honored position for a Sseth'kal musician to fulfill.

After the opening ceremony with the musician group, the Sseth'kal move to the other games and activities before dusk on when Tor'khan's Spirit is clearest. Once Tor'khan's Spirit is revealed, the Gauntlet shall begin.

There are no physical items needed to enjoy this Convention, food, drink, and souvenirs are optional.

Participants

Observance

The Convention is observed by everyone, while the Elemental Court forsees over the safety and care for the Gauntlet participants and Convention goers.
