One night the moon grew and almost ate the world, in so doing it beckoned destiny to come into motion.

As darkness spread across the world that day the first sign that something was wrong came when the sun did not rise as it should have. Instead, night fell across every corner of the world at the same time. The sudden darkness slowly gave way to new light as the moon beamed brighter than it had ever done before, it's intensity growing with every passing hour.   Across all of creation, things began to stir. Destiny itself seemed to awaken and call out for things to be set in motion. Lost maps were found, earthquakes opened chasms to deep tunnel systems, long-forgotten family members came knocking on the door. All those things that had been waiting to be found, or just never started, were now brought into the light.   In the midst of the chaos started by destiny, the terror of the night appeared in the sky as the moon suddenly opened up into a gigantic mouth. Its fangs seemed to drip with saliva as it closed in on the world to devour it whole. Everyone who witnessed the event described a feeling of absolute dread and understanding that the world was about to end.   But an enormous magical release suddenly surged out from the heavenly body, illuminating the sky in pure white light. When it dissipated the moon was as it ever had been and the feeling of dread gone with it.   However, destiny was already in motion and all those things that had begun were going to keep on moving.
