Arch-Priest Honorius

Arch-Priest Honorius is the current head of the Imperial Followers of the Thalador. It is his responsibility to oversee the internal workings of the church itself, as well as that of it's associated religious orders, including the Wardens of Estalia, the Vigilants, the Dawn Knights, the Knight-Inquisitors of Indoril, and the Witchfinder Generals. It's a big job that requires a deft hand to perform. Honorius' two decades in the post shows that he possesses that hand and more beyond it.
