This elsebeing possesses a sleek, streamlined, almost mechanical physique that glimmers with a vivid shade of cerulean blue, akin to the that of a tranquil ocean. Its body looks hard, with large, seemingly metallic or chitinous plates tightly covering its skin, which are too big to be called scales. Rather than conventional limbs, this entity has two upper limbs akin to thick, undulating ribbons, reminiscent of flowing currents. Despite how fluidly they move and even extent, they are extraordinarily hard, with metallic properties. As it moves, the creature's limbs undulate and bend with an astonishing flexibility. The limbs can stretch to be more than twice as long as they are at rest.
Quelepts are elsebeings of middling difficulty to summon, with comparatively simple containment procedures. The main motive for summoning one would be access to its lithe and accurate, malleable, blade-like limbs. These can cut through foliage and underbrush easily, as well as serve as weapons and protection. Quelepts are also excellent swimmers, so they are sometimes used as waterborne locomotion.
