Cult of the Black Sun

The Cult of the Black Sun is a Satyr tribe from long ago, who's ideals are that of loyalty and honor. A firm trust established in each other and togetherness-they were once a flourishing people. However when the surface deemed royalty to be abolished, they were one of those who were caught in crossfire. As a result of losing their leader, their Empress, in the chaos of that conflict, the tribe split apart, to the northern and southern tribes. The Southern seeking peace and to be left alone. The North wishing for justice. Revenge. After decades of waiting, they found hope. A dragon offering his hand to the North who wished to be set free from the shakles of death itself. That his dreams of liberating his own kind was his reason to sympathize with the tribe. With the promise of power and vengeance for their people, The Northern tribe took his hand, and became the Cult of the Black Sun. Bathe the world in righteous fire, led by their devout leader, The Emperor.

Simply known as The Emperor, the man who leads the Cult of the Black Sun is a paladin who's vow is to the Devourer. Gifted strength far beyond that of a mortal man, the Emperor leads with unbreakable honor and will. Raised by a man who originally trained the Empresses of the Tribe, he is equipped with the boundless might and strategic capability of a great leader. It is a shame his talent is so fixated on such a terrible goal. The Emperor is intelligent and prepared. He has called out the powerful adventurers by names, knows of their stories, and intends to bring them to their end. He wields a greatsword gifted by Devourer, and is gifted abilities akin to the dragon itself. Some remember him able to regenerate off his righteous flames. While the Emperor is out-numbered, he is more than ready and equipped to win by outsmarting those who stand before him and his forces.
