L'iaris, The Goddess of Love Character in Ashiel | World Anvil
The daughter of Zolaris and Runalia, L’iaris is the Goddess of Love and twin sister to Z’olrun. L’iaris takes after her father, tall and beautiful, her skin bronzed and perfect, her hair long and the colors of red and orange and gold and her eyes a soft gentle blue. She is often depicted in artwork as wearing an intricate white dress that leaves her shoulders and arms bare. She is warm and accepting, kind and caring and has a deep empathy. She bears a harp with a body fashioned from moonlight and strings fashioned from sunlight. As with most of the Younger Gods, L’iaris has no temples in her name, though she has many small houses of worship, her clerics being the ones most often called upon to join two people together in love. Her symbol is that of a flower with eight petals.
