Trade Tongue

The language often spoken in the Free Cities, it was adopted by many merchants in order to ease trade transactions and mercantile activities across regions. Given the diversity of the Free Cities and their reliance on strong trade networks, the Trade Tongue contains quite a few loan words from Morlondic, Old Khizanian and even a few from Highlish. Speakers of Trade Tongue can usually find common ground with the mercantile inclined where they go.
