Highlish

The dialect spoken in most of the Eternal Lordships by the High Elves, Highlish is one of the most verbose, linguistically complex languages that is spoken in the Westerlands. Highlish speakers must necessarily have significant patience to speak it, which is little issue for most Elves. Highlish has very few loan words from other languages, and the Celestial Language Commission issues legally binding decrees on the proper ways to speak and write it every century.
