Little is known about the ‘elected’ chairman of the Union that the Goblin people hold allegiance to. He is said to be a brilliant engineer and accomplished arcanist, rising to the Chairmanship years ago. Now in his senior years for the shorter lived Goblins, he decides which role the people of the Union will play in the simmering geopolitical conflict across the continent.
