The Shattered Tusk

The Shattered Tusk is a tavern in Skalheim. On the roof of the building was a largely damage, yet intact mammoth tusk. The Shattered Tusk was rowdy and often many barfights and drunken songs occured.

Purpose / Function

The Shattered Tusk was a place of drunken merriment for Skalheimers to enjoy a bit of relaxation and merrymaking, with strong drink and loud music.

Entries

There are two entries into the Shattered Tusk, the front entrance, adorned with large tusks, and the back entrance, behind the counter, which was often kept locked.

Denizens

The tavernkeep's name is Krag'ha, he is a thin, heavily scarred Orc with a scar running over his eye. He fought against the Frost Giants for years and retired to open the Shattered Tusk. He now serves drinks, with discounts to obvious warriors and adventurers.
Krag'ha feeds the local wolves and as such many crowd around out the back of his tavern, awaiting a meal.
Hol'ro is an old saddlemaker and leatherworker that is a regular in the tavern. His wheezing coughs from too many days spent in the forge can be heard on the slower, quiter nights of the tavern. He is a dwarf descended from the dwarves of Kuhl Bodor but his family were not present during the city's fall.

Alterations

The original tusk on the roof was stolen a few years ago and the new one is deliberately damaged to suit the name of the tavern. There is a high gold reward for finding whoever stole the tusk and/or retrieving it.
